Vegan Matcha Pistachio We make our own pistachio butter using two pounds of fresh, whole pistachios. Then we combine it with high quality matcha from Paru Tea. This fabric is matcha forward with a perfect balance of pistachio.

Mango Passionfruit We start with over 25 pounds of fresh mangos and passionfruit, creating a creamy sorbet that has the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Olive Oil Rosemary Canvas is one of our most requested flavors of all time. If we were going to submit one flavor into a gelato competition, this would be it. This popular gelato starts by infusing milk with rosemary before combining it with olive oil. The result is an extremely creamy and smooth gelato.
